After careful review and planning, the following provides an update on our next development and strategy phases. These updates have been put together to enhance user engagement, strengthen long-term sustainability, and drive large-scale adoption:

This rebrand and ecosystem expansion will help us achieve both short- and long-term goals as we build toward real-world asset (RWA) integration and Web2-to-Web3 adoption.

1. Project Relaunch on Pawchain

Our strategic relaunch on Pawchain was decided after several discussions with the Pawchain team to understand their work to date and their vision for the future. Moving forward with Pawchain allows us to leverage an innovative multi-layer blockchain that enables seamless cross-chain compatibility, shared liquidity pools, and immense expansion potential.

Why Pawchain?

Pawchain’s unique infrastructure allows a single smart contract to operate across multiple chains, ensuring a unified liquidity pool that enhances stability, accessibility, and scalability. With its rapidly growing ecosystem and dedicated team, Pawchain has built something beyond what we envisioned for MaxxChain. We are eager to build, expand, and innovate alongside them as they continue making significant strides in the Web3 space.

2. wPWR Rebrands to HAUL

As part of our project rebrand, we are officially renaming wPWR on Base to HAUL — a change designed to strengthen brand identity while providing the project with a clean slate for a more focused path forward.

Tentative Logo for Haul Token

The name HAUL, derived from haulage, symbolizes the movement of both digital and real-world assets within the blockchain ecosystem. Just as traditional haulage ensures the transportation of goods in the real world, HAUL represents our core mission — bridging blockchain technology with logistics, transportation, and decentralized finance (DeFi) to create a utility-driven ecosystem.

This transition allows us to refocus on community-driven utility, broader adoption, and a more dynamic ecosystem that expands upon the foundation we envisioned with MaxxChain.

HAUL Token Notes:

• Migration & Rebrand — Seamless transition from wPWR to HAUL (details in section 6 below).

3. BlockHaul — Our Web3 Gaming Expansion

BlockHaul is an innovative trucking-themed Web3 game built on BlockBlast mechanics, reimagined for the logistics industry. Players take on the role of truckers, strategically stacking and clearing cargo in a Tetris-style puzzle system to optimize shipments and progress through levels. The game integrates BHAUL tokens as in-game currency for fuel and other purchasable items, requiring players to efficiently manage their resources to complete shipments. Successful deliveries earn rewards, while failed attempts contribute to the tax pool, ensuring a self-sustaining economy.

Tentative Logo for BlockHaul

At launch, Version 1 of BlockHaul will include core gameplay features to introduce users to its mechanics. Progressive updates will introduce new features, game modes, and expansion opportunities as funds are raised through NFT sales (details in section 4). A detailed roadmap and gameplay updates will be released in the coming weeks, outlining the long-term development strategy and integration with Pawchain.

Game Mechanics & Rewards

• Puzzle-Driven Gameplay — Inspired by BlockBlast, utilizing Tetris-style mechanics for cargo stacking and optimization.
• Free-to-Play Mode — Access BlockHaul with limited rewards.
• NFT Owners — Unlock higher earnings, reduced fuel and conversion costs, increased daily rewards, and more.
• Dynamic Tax Pool — BHAUL tokens from in-game transactions and unclaimed rewards sustain the ecosystem.

Game Release & Roadmap

• Version 1 will include basic gameplay features and be available at relaunch.
• NFT sales will fund further development and support liquidity growth.
• The team will explore ways to integrate BlockHaul with Maxx Capital Solutions and its users.

BHAUL Token & Conversion Mechanics

To ensure economic balance and sustainability, BHAUL tokens serve as the currency for in-game transactions within BlockHaul including Fuel and purchasble items, maintaining a stable and rewarding ecosystem.

Key Mechanics

• BHAUL Price — Set at $0.01 per token to maintain ecosystem stability.
• Total Supply & Tokenomics — To be revealed at a later date, with supply closely managed to uphold long-term value while maintaining the $0.01 price point.

Acquiring BHAUL

• Purchasing HAUL & Converting to BHAUL — Players purchase HAUL, then convert it to BHAUL via the dApp with no transaction tax (USD value-based conversion to ensure fairness and stability).
• Converting BHAUL Back to HAUL — Players can use the dApp to convert BHAUL to HAUL, with an 8% tax directed toward the BHAUL tax pool, PowerDrip, and burn mechanisms to support sustainability and rewards.
• Purchasing BHAUL with USDC — Users can trade USDC for BHAUL at $0.011 per token, incentivizing direct participation. Funds from USDC purchases will be used to buy HAUL, convert it to BHAUL, and contribute any excess to the tax pool.

How the Tax Pool Works

The tax pool accumulates BHAUL tokens from in-game fees, ensuring continuous rewards for players and NFT holders.

• Failed deliveries and unclaimed rewards are recycled back into the ecosystem, benefiting BrokerNFT holders (explained in section 4).
• This system ensures sustainability, long-term engagement, and a growing reward structure for the HAUL and BlockHaul ecosystems.

Why This Matters

This gaming expansion provides immediate utility for the project, increasing user engagement while strengthening demand for both HAUL and BHAUL tokens. The integration of real-time game mechanics, economic sustainability, and Web3 incentives creates a thriving ecosystem that rewards participation and strategy.

4. BlockHaul NFT Collection & PowerNFTs Reimagined

The BlockHaul NFT Collection introduces a multi-tiered system of NFTs, each offering unique benefits that enhance gameplay, earnings, and overall ecosystem utility. The collection consists of five tiers, with four being limited editions and a Tier 1 Road Warrior NFT available in unlimited supply.

These NFTs play a crucial role in BlockHaul, where players fuel their shipments using BHAUL tokens.

• Free-to-play users have limited rewards and a daily earning cap.
• NFT holders unlock higher rewards, reduced fuel costs, lower conversion taxes, and increased daily earnings.
• Each higher-tier NFT offers greater benefits, including bonus earnings and additional gameplay advantages.

PowerNFTs Rebranded as BrokerNFTs

PowerNFTs have been rebranded as BrokerNFTs, retaining their existing benefits from Drip and token taxes in USDC while introducing additional perks:

• Includes benefits from the highest-tier (Tier 5) BlockHaul NFT.
• Earns a portion of the BHAUL tax pool, creating a new revenue stream.
• Becomes the ultimate NFT to own within the ecosystem.

BrokerNFTs remain available for $750 USDC, and the five new tiers of BlockHaul NFTs are on sale at a 25% discount before the project’s redeployment on Pawchain.

This early sale period will directly impact:

• Initial liquidity for the HAUL token.
• Finalized tokenomics for BHAUL to ensure long-term stability.
• Roadmap planning between Version 1 of BlockHaul and future expansions.
• Development funding allocation based on NFT sales.

5. Upgrades to Current dApp Platform

PowerDrip remains a core pillar of the HAUL ecosystem, serving as a passive rewards mechanism fueled by token transaction taxes. As part of our ecosystem expansion, we are introducing major enhancements to further improve sustainability, expand revenue streams, and empower the community through governance integration.

With the introduction of BlockHaul, PowerDrip will now earn BHAUL tokens from the in-game tax pool, creating additional earning opportunities for long-term holders. This integration strengthens the sustainability of the rewards system while increasing the utility and value of both HAUL and BHAUL tokens.

Additionally, the relaunch of PowerDapp will introduce a community governance platform, allowing HAUL holders to vote on key project decisions. This marks the first step in transitioning toward a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO), ensuring that governance remains transparent, community-driven, and aligned with the best interests of HAUL and BlockHaul stakeholders.

Key Changes

• HAUL token taxes will continue to fuel PowerDrip rewards.
• BHAUL tokens from in-game tax pools will now contribute to PowerDrip.
• PowerDapp governance system will enable community voting.
• Gradual transition toward a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO).

6. Migration Plans for wPWR Holders

The transition from wPWR on Base to HAUL will be completely seamless for all current holders — no action is required to receive the new HAUL tokens.

Additionally, as a bonus incentive, we have taken a snapshot of all wPWR holders. Those who hold their tokens without selling until relaunch will receive an airdrop of BHAUL tokens based on their wPWR holdings at the time of the snapshot.

Key Details:

• Automatic Migration — wPWR will be seamlessly converted to HAUL.
• Bonus Airdrop — Holders will receive BHAUL tokens if they do not sell before relaunch.
• Capped Airdrop Allocation — The total amount of BHAUL distributed will be capped to maintain ecosystem balance.
• Final Airdrop Numbers — The exact BHAUL allocation per holder will be announced after finalizing tokenomics and tax structures for HAUL and the BlockHaul rewards ecosystem.

Migration details will be provided at a later date. This will include an advanced notice as to when trading will stop and a tentative date as to when re-launch will happen on Pawchain.
